All our ingredients and products are selected from the best on the market, with strictly monitored and controlled quality.

Freshness

We do not use any processed products. We buy fresh and prepare everything that goes onto your plate ourselves. This ranges from salad dressings (vinaigrette) to all the sauces that pair with our dishes: pesto, persillade, BBQ sauce, broth, cranberry sauce, Atlas sauce, béchamel…

The same applies to our sweet preparations: Beurre Suzette, raspberry coulis, salted caramel, mulled wine, iced tea…

French Gastronomy

We want you to taste the essence of French gastronomy in our buckwheat galettes.

You will find these dishes on the menu as well as in our monthly specials. Our chefs work to adapt the best recipes: Beef Bourguignon made with beef cheek, Coq au Vin, Tartiflette de Savoie, Duck Confit, and Forestière.

Our meats—chicken, turkey, bacon, duck, Toulouse sausages, merguez, beef cheek, pork belly…—are slow-cooked at low temperatures for many hours.

We make our own duck rillettes. Our Toulouse and merguez sausages are prepared weekly by our local artisan supplier, Uppercuts in Bentleigh, and are preservative-free.
